stay tuned, and a question

Posted on October 13, 2008 by thirdstoryies

Here’s what’s happening at our house this week. First, today was purchase the desk day for the new computer location upstairs. Yeah! We currently have the computer in our room on a not-so-ergonomically inclined three shelf Pottery Barn piece from eleven years ago (with the middle shelf removed). It’s a jumble of components and cords and an old printer that we don’t even use anymore, and it’s not conducive to the whole zen feeling of the rest of the spare space. My hint – we purchased some Elfa components – nothing too crazy or fancy, just a nice simple way to house the computer for awhile until the back room on the second floor is complete. Then it can just be a small desk, or bookshelf or whatever. I like a plan with a long term plan.
And no, the big pink ball has nothing to do with the desk. It does, however, have something to do with E’s Halloween costume for this year. More hints to come, but feel free to guess early and often. A prize to the winner for a correct guess… Click here and here for past costumes which may (or likely, may not) help you out.
Have a great week!

I realize you are new parents, but isn’t it C, J, AP and C? Ah, sleep depravation is a beautiful thing…

    K–

C was in dreamland when we answered!! C, J, and AP were looking and guessing together. Sleep depravation maybe, but we still remember the little fellow. I’ll bring him in around 2 or 3 am to see your latest post and take a guess.

too funny, my dear sister. However, that was your father who made the comment about leaving out your second born!

Great guesses, all. Keep them coming!
