The three of us decided to traipse over to the garden this afternoon once the seven hour drenching rain marathon ended. The garden wasn’t very busy, even though it was a holiday. It was a bit muggy with all the moisture, but the temperature was lower so it made for a nice meandering walk. E chose “blue” for the theme today, which required a bit more looking. The blues of the iris season are long past, and the tropical colors are out in full force, but we did find a bit of blue here and there (none in the sky, though). I came home with so many images that I thought I’d split this post into two. So here’s the blue, and the next one will be a bit more colorful.
