We love our Playmobil around here, but it can only sit so long before it’s got some dust on it, and the patterns of play are visible in it. So every other month we do a clean sweep – everything off the ledge and out of the containers – and we dust and clean and set up some new play. She decided to shift the pool and the boat into the drawer for the winter, and turned the hospital back into a hospital after using it as a gigantic house for awhile. This was all done during naptime, of course, because those little things are oh, so enticing…
I was wondering why it’s so much easier for me to tackle the third floor with some serious cleaning, and then lose steam before the lower two. It’s pretty obvious, really. This floor is much, much more fun.
