I talk about my family in initials, but I realize that I never talk about me (myself and I) that way. The little one was in the tub the other day and she pulled a ridiculous amount of toys into the tub with her. She swirled around letters and “spelled” things on the side of the tub in the way she knows how to at this point – in first letters of words. The last thing she spelled was me.
“K” is for you mommy – I ‘pelled your name.
Later we drained the water and wrapped up in an elephant towel, brushed teeth, drank water, applied chapstick, read three books, sang two songs, cuddled one burpie and laid down for bed.
Afterwards I went to clean up the bathroom and found this. “K” is for me – that’s how you ‘pell it.
