admiring: washable paper bags

I’m pretty thrilled with how well our fiddle leaf fig is holding out, even in the north light of our living room windows.


I’d like to eventually have more indoor green – particularly if we add more access to light and views in the house. I’m mildly obsessed with these washable paper bags from Uashmama.


I recently saw one in this gorgeous Berlin apartment on Remodelista.

It’s hanging out in that nook in the corner.

I also love the smaller bags for kitchen and pantry items.


I’d love to have one (or more) hanging from a peg in the kitchen, holding bread or fruit or even fresh flowers.


Because it’s spring, and there’s nothing prettier than a cluster of flowers (or vegetables) straight from the market – or garden, if you’re lucky!
