Roasted Apple Sorbet. Jeni’s of course. Have a good Monday tomorrow – I’ll be wishing I was still eating apple sorbet.

So I looked around that blog you referenced… I’m at B&N… and I went “Oh my GOSH!” outloud… like, really loud… when I saw the Corn Syrup Whiskey and Pecan ice cream. Stranger next to me, gave me quite a look. I’m sure they would recant… if they saw what I saw. 😉 If we ever make it to STL, this will be a MUST stop!
Unfortunately – no Jeni’s here. Just whatever I make from her recipes (and a few flavors available at specialty stores.) You should look and see if there are any places near you that carry her ice creams. (They are pricy though.) Come visit and I’ll make you some for free!

I love to make a apple sorbet recipe sour and serve large as dinners on special occasions. Serve as a light dessert.
