Quick – look at the two photos above and figure out how many things are different (Besides the angle of the photograph of course – sloppy, sloppy.)
And if you have better things to do than play a game that reminds you of old Highlights magazine puzzles, here’s the cheat sheet below:
And if you don’t feel like getting out a magnifying glass (or click on the image to enlarge), well – it’s really not that important. There are no prizes. Just making the point that while I spent weeks adjusting each found object the first time around, the second time it went up – sort of by memory, sort of winging it – in an afternoon. I had to work around the fact that there is no longer magnetic paint on this wall, so all the magnets went up with my favorite sticky stuff from ArtMart. To rehang the magnetic felt birds and birdhouse I simply hammered a nail into the wall and let the magnet do the work. And four of the bird cards are simply nowhere to be found – I probably stuck them into a book somewhere to keep them flat and we’ll discover them down the road.
Not sure if I prefer one over the other, but I do like the fact that the wall is no longer falling down. I’ll take progress (even if it’s a repeat affair) where I can get it.
