I love this collection of prints I saw on Design*Sponge called “Piles” – it’s a collaboration of prints, each done by a different person – the artists are all friends. Friends with Benefits. I especially love the pile of cakes. I’d love a larger one, and I’d hang it in my kitchen.

When E is older and thinking back on her childhood, I hope she’ll remember moments like this one. A beautiful Friday morning, standing by an overlook with her classmates and teachers, a belly full of breakfast they planned and purchased and prepared, ready to start another day of learning outside the classroom.
