Rain brought the games indoors for awhile, but we just adapted our backyard scavenger hunt to an indoor hunt in the toilet paper remains of our mummy wrapping contest. Eight days after she “officially” turned eight, she sealed the deal in the traditional way – by blowing out the candles in front of friends. (Even if it took two tries.)
