This Friday finds us with snow, all our signs of spring covered in the white stuff. Iris greens and magnolia magenta’s, and thousands of daffodil faces covered in slush. We had planned a day of local Easter candy shopping, bookstore rounds and milk and coffee, but instead we’re home, napping in a bright white nursery of reflected snow-light. When I last peeked in on her she had her face covered up with her burpie to block out the light. One of these Fridays I need to find myself some drapery fabric and a little light control in that room. For now, I think I’ll tackle a few home duties and dream of pink tulips and yellow sunlight.
What sort of weather do you find yourself in today (my California, Virginia, Florida readers!)? Hopefully it’s nicer than this!
We have bright sun in Colorado today – but still a tad bit windy.
Your photos are lovely!

My yard looks the same this morning. Spring is kind of here, and kind of not!
