E and I came up with a “sweet” and simple gift for her teachers, and we decided to run with the idea for F’s teachers as well. I purchased my favorite ice cream containers from Garnish, as well as their plain wooden spoons.
We wrapped red patterned washi tape around the lid – the size was perfect – and then I wrote you’re sweet on the spoons with a red pen, and tied the whole thing together with red and white bakers twine. Those are going to E’s primary teachers, and some of the s’more cupcakes we made for her half birthday yesterday are going to the staff. She has no school tomorrow, so we’re spreading the love a day early.
I made Jeni’s Goat Cheese Ice Cream with Roasted Red Cherries – seemed like a good choice for a valentine. I’ve got a few more batches to make tonight for F’s school, and then (hopefully) some leftovers to enjoy.
Yum!!!!
So jealous of those teachers! This is one if my favorite Jeni’s flavors!!
You are amazing. These are beautiful!!
